Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy

It's 2 p.m. on a Sunday afternoon, and we've just gotten dressed for reals, and the Bumblebee is doing the mambo or some kind of salsa all over the living room.  So far we've beaded, drawn thumbprint animals, knit, and embroidered.  The paperwhites are blooming, and they're definitely 'fragrant'.  :)   I'll kill it with some chili in the slow cooker 'cause tonight is field hockey practice, and we'll want to eat as soon as we walk in the door.   'Til then, I'ma gonna go back to the comfy couch and curl up with my sock knitting, a cup of tea, and a silly book.

Happy Sunday!

Hey There, just ran across your blog. Actually my mom emailed this to me because she thought the thumbprint animals would be something my kid's would enjoy. Love this idea and love your lazy Sunday post. I can definitely relate to the in p.j.'s till 2 thing. Our favorite way to laze about on Sunday's as well.

Hello, Jessica! Welcome! Please do lots of thumbprint animals - I must admit that I was the one having most of the fun getting my thumb green! We've had the thumbprint book for ages, and I can't believe it's taken us this long to use it. Guaranteed fun. We used printer label sheets for our drawings so that our drawings became 'stickers'.

I used to be a huge fan of Adrian Mole as a kid!
